Baby Boho Top Crochet Pattern

Over the summer I released the Free Spirit Boho Top in 7 Child Sizes. I started on a baby version, and am just now finishing it. So, here is the Baby Boho Top in 6 months and 1 year.

The Baby Boho Top is worked from the top down using light #3 weight yarn. Bernat Softee Baby Cotton is used in most of the photos. It is perfect for the warmer months.

Interested in the child sizes? Check them out on Crochet It Creations’ Etsy and Ravelry Stores. You will get the baby through the child sizes for one low cost.

Stitch Together

Add Shoulder Straps

Sl St to join to the top corner of the Back Panel, ch 8 (10), Sl St to join to the top corner of Front Panel to create a shoulder strap. SC in the ends of the rows around the side/underarm, continue until reaching the shoulder strap, Sl St in each chain of the shoulder strap, join with Sl St to first SC. Finish off, repeat on the other side, but reverse to start with Sl St to Front Panel so the SC is facing out on the right side.

Add Fringe

Optional to cut 4-5” strips to add fringe by placing 2 strands every 2-3 stitches across the bottom.

Photo 1: Sew the Front & Back Panel together (Note the baby size does not have the openings on the front panel, this is for the child sizes)
